Youth Buildup Community, or YBC, is a Bangladeshi youth-led community where young people meet people, learn skills, work in events, build confidence, and prepare for the future through real experience.
Why YBC started
Many young people have potential, but they often lack environment, direction, confidence, and opportunity. YBC exists to reduce that gap through learning with people, doing work, and growing together.
How YBC works
Inside YBC, young people gain real experience through events, initiatives, challenges, discussions, and community work. Everyone starts as a YBC Community Member, then grows through learning and responsibility.
